Material
The Boomer bed cover is a heavyweight quality waterproof backed pet bed cover made of tough 600 denier Gunbag polyester with a PVC backing. The cover is both over locked and sewn for strength. The fabric is a practical dark brown colour so it does not show the dirt.
Fastening
It closes with a heavy duty KYY zip that goes along one side of the bed. The zip is set in so it is almost totally concealed.
Cleaning
This tough cover is designed to be used in conjuntion with an easy wash over cover so the Boomer cover does not need constant washing. If you use it on its own you can just allow any dirt to dry and then vacuum it off or it can easily be wiped over by hand with a sponge or damp cloth.
It can be machine washed at 30 degrees using a proper cleaner designed for quality waterproof fabrics, like Nixwax Tech Wash, but most of the time it is not necessary, especially if you use an over cover. You should be aware that the two larger sizes might need a commercial sized washing machine as the covers are heavy duty and generous sizes.
Like other quality waterproof products it should not be washed in detergent otherwise its waterproof qualities can be affected.

This bed cover is tough, practical, hardwearing and versatile. It is an ideal bed cover for dogs that ‘dig’ their beds or working dogs who get wet and muddy as any filling is kept dry and clean.
